A rights holder or authorized representative may report content believed to infringe copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights.
2. Required information
Include the protected work, the ViLo location, contact information, a good-faith statement, and confirmation that the report is accurate.
3. Review
ViLo may request clarification, preserve relevant evidence, restrict access, or notify the affected creator.
4. Counter information
Where appropriate, the affected creator may provide ownership or authorization evidence.
5. Misuse
Knowingly false intellectual property reports may lead to account restrictions.
